Taking care of your mouth is essential. Prevent bad breath, fillings and bad teeth and keep your mouth healthy!
» Brush your teeth at least twice a day, when you get up and when you go to bed. If you can, ideally you should wash them after every meal. Choose a soft brush and toothpaste with fluoride.
» For a really healthy mouth, brush the front, back and top of each tooth. To finish, use dental floss, at least once a day.
» Go to the dentist every 6 months, to prevent any unpleasant surprises.
Finally, never share your toothbrush with anybody and make sure you change it every 3 months.
